1. By using any of the Gluten Free Land websites, hereon known as "the site" or "Gluten Free Land", acknowledge that it contains user submitted content beyond the control of the site owners. As such, you agree that you will not rely wholly on this information as it may not be totally accurate. You agree that it is your sole responsibility to always consult your doctor for medical advice and always ask those serving food to you at an establishment as well as the ingredients labelling of all products. The information acquired through these mediums overrides ANY information given on this website.
2. Gluten Free Land is for educational purposes only. Information provided on the site must not be used as the basis of any medical diagnosis.
3. Any information given about Coeliac disease, wheat allergy or gluten sensitivity is for general interest and does not constitute or replace proper advice from your doctor.
4. These terms may change at any time without notice, however reasonable steps will be taken to notify registered users of changes.
5. Gluten free products and services may change without notice and are beyond the control of the site. If you believe that something mentioned on the site is no longer gluten free, please inform us via the contact form as soon as possible so that it may be removed.
6. The site and its owners shall not accept any responsibility for any harm or damage caused whether directly or indirectly in the conjunction with the use of the site.
7. You, the user agree to defend and indemnify the site from any harm that its use may cause.
8. Opinions expressed on this site are not necessarily those of the owners of the site and the owners take no responsibility for the opinions expressed or the accuracy of the information supplied. Every attempt will be made to rectify any errors if these are verifiably indicated to the owners.

9. The site's owner(s) have the final word on what does and does not contravene this agreement.
10. You, the user accept that you may be sanctioned, without warning by the owner(s) of the site if you are deemed to have acted in ways that are prohibited by this agreement. Their decision is final and sanctions may include (but are not limited to) removal of user account and associated reviews or other submissions such as recipes. The sanctions may also include criminal proceedings for serious offenses.
11. Specifically, prohibited activities include the submission of insulting, discriminatory, defamatory, inflammatory, or unsolicited commercial texts.
12. Swearing is prohibited.
13. You agree that you will not attempt to hack, modify, circumnavigate, reverse engineer, sabotage or otherwise tamper with the website as these activities are prohibited and considered serious offenses.
14. The dissemination of unsolicited commercial messages is a prohibited activity that is considered a serious offence and is punishable under New Zealand law.
15. You agree to keep reviews objective to the best of your ability and to think before you write.
16. By submitting works including but not limited to images and text to the site, you agree that you own all relevant copyright to the works and are permitted to submit such works for public broadcast. Whilst you maintain copyright to any of your own works, the site cannot be held responsible for infringements resulting either directly or indirectly with the use of this site. Furthermore, by submitting content of any sort to the site, you grant the site irrevocable license to use the content indefinitely for any purpose. Please note that the use of anyone else's work without their express permission may be a breach of copyright law, a form of theft, and may have legal implications for you.
17. You agree that submissions made by you, the user may be removed by the site owner(s) and their delegate(s) without warning or explanation.
18. By registering, you agree to receive very occasional emails from the administrator(s) regarding your account or important changes to this site or its policies that may affect you.
19. By registering you agree that you are "opting in" to receive occasional emails from the administrator(s) regarding matters involving the site. You agree that these emails are not "unsolicited commercial email" and understand that should you terminate your account, ALL emails shall cease.
20. Registered users have the right to update information held about them via the provided tool and all information held will be destroyed if they request that their account be removed. This can also done by the user through the useroptions tool.
21. Reproducing, publishing or copying of text or images from this site without express permission from the owners is strictly prohibited.
