The Gingerbread Man is excellent. I highly recommend anyone in Christchurch pay them a visit or if you're not from CHCH, check out their website. I buy my bread from them every week

The Gingerbread Man Bakery has fantastic gluten free savoury and sweets. I adore their chocolate chips cookies! Well worth checking out if you are in Christchurch however they also courier goods out to you.
