Ingredients

2t yeast
450g Bakels bread mix
¼c milk powder

1t guar gum
2T honey

2T butter or margarine
380ml tepid water

Method:
Place all ingredients into bread maker bucket (liquids first).

Bake approximately 4 hours. Remove from bread maker once cooked (don't want it to go soft).

You can alter the recipe by adding ¼ to ¹⁄₃ c chopped sunflower and pumpkin seeds OR for a fruit version, add 1t cinnamon, 1t mixed spice and 1c sultanas/mixed fruit.
