A really simple choc chip biscuit recipe

Ingredients:
1½ Cups gluten free flour most kinds will do, I used Bakels all purpose
½ tsp baking powder Only add if your GF flour does NOT contain raising agents!
2 eggs
½ Cup brown sugar
1 Tblespn vanilla essence
2 Tblespn butter/margarine
¼ Cup choc chips

Method:
Preheat oven to 180° C.
Lightly grease a flat oven tray.
This recipe is not particularly fussy about the order of ingredients, but I suggest creaming eggs, sugar, vanilla and butter together first and then mixing in flour & choc chips.
Spoon mixture onto oven tray, in 2 batches if necessary as you need to leave some room for biscuits to expand. (Makes approx 16). For a more consistent shape, flatten somewhat with a floured table spoon and 'pat' in any jagged edges if desired.
Bake for 10-15 mins.
Please rate this recipe & provide suggestions for improvement!

Makes approx 16 biscuits.
