Lolly Cake

Ingredients:

  1. 1-½ packets of Eskal tea biscuits
  2. ½ tin of condensed milk
  3. 100gms of butter, melted
  4. 1 packet of free marshmallows, you can pick this one, I used fairy mushrooms from New World
  5. Coconut flakes

Method:

Put the condensed milk, butter, lollies and one packet worth of crushed buscuits into a bowl. mix it all up, depending on how wet it is add more till it’s a good texture. when you can hold it as a ball in your hands roll it in coconut and stick it in the fridge, let it cool a bit, slice, eat.

This worked well for me. I used GF scotch finger biscuits. Any plain biscuit should work.
