Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 400g unalted butter
  • 350g dark chocolate
  • 400g brown sugar
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 185g gluten free flour
  • 50g cocoa

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C.
  2. Gently heat butter, chocolate and brown sugar over a low heat, stirring until combined and smooth
  3. Tranfer to a bowl, and allow to cool for a couple of minutes.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla to chocolate and mix well.
  5. Sift in flour & cocoa, then mix to combine.
  6. Pour into a greased pan and bake for 20min or until set.

Avoid overcooking brownies, they will dry out a bit as they cool.
