Ingredients:
- 400g unalted butter
- 350g dark chocolate
- 400g brown sugar
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 2 tsp vanilla essence
- 185g gluten free flour
- 50g cocoa
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 190°C.
- Gently heat butter, chocolate and brown sugar over a low heat, stirring until combined and smooth
- Tranfer to a bowl, and allow to cool for a couple of minutes.
- Add eggs and vanilla to chocolate and mix well.
- Sift in flour & cocoa, then mix to combine.
- Pour into a greased pan and bake for 20min or until set.
Avoid overcooking brownies, they will dry out a bit as they cool.
