Creamy cheesy mushroom pasta

Can be easily scaled up or down. I made enough for a side for 2.



Gluten Free Pasta of your choice (approx 2 small handfuls per person)

  • 6 mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsn oil
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp parsely
  • 150ml cream
  • ½ Cup grated cheese
  • 2 Tbspn parmesan cheese


Instructions are for the sauce. I start boil the kettle while chopping mushrooms, then cook the pasta in boiling water for 12mins while preparing the sauce.

  1. Dice or thinly chop mushrooms.
  2. Saute mushrooms in oil and add salt & pepper.
  3. As mushrooms begin to soften and cook, add parsley and approx half the cream.
  4. Simmer for a few minutes, stirring often or continuously.
  5. When pasta is nearly cooked, add remaining cream and cheeses, stirring over a low heat until cheeses melt and combine with cream.
  6. Drain pasta, remove sauce from heat and mix pasta into sauce.
